Terms and Conditions for Use of the FRSate.com Job Board

1. Agreement

Use of the Services implies your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Job Services

FRSate.com provides a job board where employers can post job openings and candidates can search for job opportunities. The Services may include job postings, search functionalities, candidate profiles, and other related features. The Services are subject to change at any time, without notice.

3. Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the content of job postings. Postings must accurately describe the job, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the position. FRSate.com reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of the website.

4. Sponsored Jobs

Employers may choose to upgrade their job postings to sponsored listings for a fee. The details and pricing for sponsored job postings are available on the website. Payment for sponsored jobs is required in advance, and fees are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate job listings.
  • Misuse or attempt to misuse candidate data or contact information.
  • Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or international laws.
  • Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website’s functionality.

6. Modifications and Termination

FRSate.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.

7. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

All fees for job postings and related services are clearly outlined on the website. Payments for any services must be made according to the available billing options. All amounts paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to payments for sponsored job postings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy

  • By posting job content, you grant FRSate.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the Services.
  • Users agree to comply with data protection laws, including those related to the handling of personal data.
  • FRSate.com will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

9. Use of Jobs Services Data

Users must respect the confidentiality and privacy of data acquired through the Services. Any data collected or obtained through the use of the Services must be used solely for its intended purpose and protected from unauthorized access or use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FRSate.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of job postings or candidate information. The website does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRSate.com, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to the content of job postings or misuse of candidate data.

12. Limitation of Liability

FRSate.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services.
  • Interpretation: These Terms shall be construed in accordance with their fair meaning, and no presumption will arise against the drafting party.
  • Notice: Any notice required to be given under this Agreement may be sent by email or other means as specified by FRSate.com.
  • Assignability: FRSate.com may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at its discretion.

14. Data Protection

FRSate.com is committed to safeguarding personal information. Any personal data collected during the use of the Services will be governed by FRSate.com’s Privacy Policy.

15. Object of the Agreement and Scope of Services

The object of this Agreement is to provide users with access to job board services for posting job opportunities and searching for candidates. The scope of services includes job listings, candidate profiles, and related features.

16. User Account

Users are required to create an account in order to access certain features of the Services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for all activities under their account.

17. Profile

Users may create a profile to interact with job listings, apply for jobs, and manage their account. Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating their profiles.

18. Content and License

Users grant FRSate.com a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute any content they upload or submit to the Services.

19. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Services, and FRSate.com may terminate it if you breach any of the Terms.

20. Changes to Terms

FRSate.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

21. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to the Services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saudi Arabia.
