FRSate.com reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of the website.
4. Sponsored Jobs
Employers may choose to upgrade their job postings to sponsored listings for a fee. The details and pricing for sponsored job postings are available on the website. Payment for sponsored jobs is required in advance, and fees are non-refundable.
5. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate job listings.
- Misuse or attempt to misuse candidate data or contact information.
- Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or international laws.
- Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website’s functionality.
6. Modifications and Termination
FRSate.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
7. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
All fees for job postings and related services are clearly outlined on the website. Payments for any services must be made according to the available billing options. All amounts paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to payments for sponsored job postings.
8. Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy
- By posting job content, you grant FRSate.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content in connection with the Services.
- Users agree to comply with data protection laws, including those related to the handling of personal data.
- FRSate.com will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
9. Use of Jobs Services Data
Users must respect the confidentiality and privacy of data acquired through the Services. Any data collected or obtained through the use of the Services must be used solely for its intended purpose and protected from unauthorized access or use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
FRSate.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of job postings or candidate information. The website does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRSate.com, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to the content of job postings or misuse of candidate data.
12. Limitation of Liability
FRSate.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
13. Miscellaneous
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services.

18. Content and License
Users grant FRSate.com a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute any content they upload or submit to the Services.
19. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Services, and FRSate.com may terminate it if you breach any of the Terms.

21. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to the Services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saudi Arabia.
